Preventative Maintenance Plans are an essential part of keeping your equipment up to par. CAM Air provides inspection and maintenance plans tailored to the unique heating, cooling, or refrigeration needs of our residential and commercial customers.

These services include, but are not limited to:

• Washing coils
• Inspect electrical components

• Inspect mechanical components
• Maintain refrigerant levels
• In-depth documented inspection

These electronic forms include the details of our inspection of all your electrical components, such as contactors, capacitors, wiring connections, and checking amp draws on all motors. An inspection of all mechanical components is performed as well, checking for visible wear and tear on bearings, belts, pulleys, and confirming your refrigerant levels are maintained at an adequate level.

Through this preventative maintenance schedule, CAM Air professionals are able to ensure that your system is performing at manufacturing specifications year-round. Upon request, these electronic forms can be automatically emailed to the necessary party.
